On December 16-17, 2023, the National Glass Cutting Surgery Training Class of Peking Union Medical College Hospital · China Ophthalmology Network demonstrated surgical operations using the CORDER ophthalmic surgical microscope. This training aims to enhance the technical level and clinical practice ability of doctors in the field of vitrectomy surgery through expert guidance and practical operation. The training includes two main parts: theoretical knowledge explanation and practical operation. Experts use the CORDER ophthalmic surgical microscope to demonstrate surgical operations, analyze the key steps and technical points of glass cutting surgery, and help students fully understand the surgical process and technical details. At the same time, students will also personally operate CORDER ophthalmic surgical microscopes to improve the accuracy and proficiency of surgical operations.
